“Conscious Healing’s PHP, or Partial Hospitalization Program, is an in-person substance use treatment program in Fredericksburg, Virginia. PHP meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and provides 5 clinical hours per day, 5 days per week, for participants who need daily structure without inpatient care.
The Partial Hospitalization Program at Conscious Healing provides intensive, trauma-first substance use treatment for participants who need a structured treatment environment during the day while living outside of an inpatient or residential setting.
PHP is designed for participants who need consistent clinical support, recovery structure, co-occurring support, relapse prevention planning, and help stabilizing in early recovery. This level of care may support participants stepping down from detox, residential treatment, hospitalization, or those who need more support than IOP or OP can provide.

For participants who need supportive housing while attending PHP, Conscious Healing works closely with Homes Empowering Recovery and other community partners to help connect individuals with structured, sober living options when appropriate.
Housing is non-clinical and separate from treatment. Conscious Healing provides clinical treatment services. Homes Empowering Recovery provides supportive recovery housing.
