Outpatient & Ongoing Support is designed for participants who do not need the intensity of PHP or IOP but still benefit from continued clinical care, connection, and accountability.
OP may support participants who are continuing their recovery work, engaging in individual or family therapy, completing substance use counseling, meeting VASAP-related needs, or maintaining progress after a higher level of care.
This level of care helps participants continue healing at the root while strengthening relapse prevention skills, emotional stability, support systems, and long-term recovery planning.

Conscious Healing is a VASAP-approved provider. Outpatient services may support participants who have VASAP-related requirements, substance use counseling needs, or referral requirements related to assessment, treatment, or continuing care.

Outpatient substance use treatment is a lower level of care for participants who need continued counseling, relapse prevention, accountability, and recovery support without attending treatment several days per week.
IOP is more structured and meets 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. OP is typically a lower level of ongoing care for participants who are more stable but still need support.
