Conscious Healing is a trauma-first substance use and behavioral health treatment provider in Fredericksburg, Virginia offering PHP, IOP, OP, assessments, and VASAP-approved services. Conscious Healing combines recovery-led leadership, clinical care, emotional regulation, medical partnerships, supportive housing connections, and community support systems to help participants heal at the root and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
Conscious Healing is owned and led by people in recovery who understand the courage it takes to begin again. This work is personal to us. We know recovery is possible, and we have built our lives around helping others find that same freedom.
The culture of Conscious Healing is shaped by dignity, accountability, clinical responsibility, compassion, and the belief that people can rebuild their lives with the right care and support.
At Conscious Healing, we understand substance use is often the symptom — not the root.
Our trauma-first approach looks beneath the surface to address the pain, shame, grief, fear, instability, family wounds, mental health needs, and survival patterns that often keep people stuck.
We help participants understand what happened, how they adapted to survive, and how to begin healing in a new way. Through emotional regulation, clinical accountability, relapse prevention, connection, and recovery planning, participants begin building a life they no longer need to escape from.
This is healing at the root.
Recovery takes more than one program. Lasting recovery is strengthened by clinical care, medical support, safe housing, emotional support, workforce stability, practical resources, and connection to community.
Medical and behavioral health support including Spravato, brain mapping, UDS support, medication management, MOUD/MAT when clinically indicated, psychiatric medication support, and outpatient counseling.
Non-clinical supportive recovery housing for individuals who benefit from safe, sober living, structure, accountability, and community connection.
Conscious Healing combines clinical accountability with a deeply human understanding of recovery. Our care is trauma-first, clinically grounded, and designed to support participants beyond short-term stabilization.
We are licensed and accredited to provide structured substance use treatment across multiple levels of care, including PHP, IOP, and OP. We are also a VASAP-approved provider and work with many insurance plans to help make care more accessible.
But trust is not built by credentials alone. Trust is built in the way participants are welcomed, assessed, supported, challenged, and connected to the next right step.
At Conscious Healing, we are committed to care that is ethical, accountable, compassionate, and focused on helping participants build a foundation for lasting recovery.
