The Intensive Outpatient Program at Conscious Healing provides trauma-first substance use treatment for participants who need structured clinical care while continuing to live in the community.
IOP may be appropriate for participants who are stepping down from PHP, returning to responsibilities, maintaining employment or school, reconnecting with family, or continuing to build stability in recovery.
This program provides clinical accountability, group support, relapse prevention planning, trauma-focused care, and recovery support without the daily schedule of PHP.

For participants who need supportive housing while attending IOP, Conscious Healing works closely with Homes Empowering Recovery and community partners to help connect individuals with sober living options when appropriate.
Housing is non-clinical and separate from treatment. Conscious Healing provides clinical treatment services. Homes Empowering Recovery provides supportive recovery housing.

Morning IOP meets in person Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
