Our office is open to clients on the following schedule:
Monday – 11am – 9pm
Tuesday – 9am – 9pm
Wednesday – 9am – 7:30pm
Thursday – 9am – 9pm
Friday – 9am – 3pm
Our front office phones are manned on the following schedule:
Monday – 11am – 7pm
Tuesday – 9am – 7pm
Wednesday – 9am – 7pm
Thursday – 9am – 7pm
Friday – 9am – 3pm
If you do not reach our front office staff during our phone hours, please leave a voicemail and our staff will return your call as quickly as possible.
Confidentiality
As a facility providing mental health and addictions services, Conscious Healing Treatment Center is bound by federal and state confidentiality laws. Among other things, these laws prohibit staff at Conscious Healing from either confirming or denying an individual’s presence at our facility without written consent. A client at Conscious Healing is entitled to complete confidentiality of their presence in treatment, their progress in the program, and any other information pertaining to them individually (such as treatment plans, aftercare and discharge planning, employment information, or medical history). We do not release any information about any of our clients, including their presence at Conscious Healing, without a detailed written consent, completed and signed by the client.
