Clinical Operations Lead
Darian brings six years of experience in addiction and behavioral health to Conscious Healing. With a background in forensic psychology, Darian developed a deep curiosity about what shapes people’s choices, experiences, and behaviors—an interest that continues to guide her approach to clinical work. Her experience includes supporting individuals navigating substance use, mental health, recovery, and complex life circumstances, including community-based work with individuals experiencing homelessness.
Darian’s MSW further expanded her understanding of what it means to care for the whole person. She believes treatment should consider not only substance use or mental health symptoms, but also the relationships, environments, systems, and circumstances that shape a person’s ability to heal. This perspective has strengthened her commitment to reducing barriers to care and making treatment as accessible, welcoming, and responsive as possible. Darian is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves throughout their recovery journey. She believes meaningful healing involves looking beyond the addiction to understand the whole person, including relationships, boundaries, emotions, identity, and personal values. At the heart of her approach is the belief that people heal when they feel safe enough to be authentic, seen, and heard without judgment. As Clinical Operations Lead, Darian hopes to foster a sense of belonging and create an environment where individuals feel supported in exploring what healing and lasting freedom mean for them.
Outside of work, Darian enjoys yoga, audiobooks, attending concerts, spending time with her husband and dog, and playing board games.
