Conscious Healing has streamlined our intake process in order to guide you seamlessly into your journey of healing and recovery. Our comprehensive intake begins with a thorough phone consultation, where we gather essential information, including details about your insurance coverage. Once the phone intake is complete, we schedule an in-person intake session with one of our experienced clinicians.
During the in-person intake, our clinicians will work closely with you to gain deeper insights into your unique needs and challenges. This crucial step allows us to tailor our services to best meet your specific needs, ensuring that you receive the most effective and personalized treatment.

IOP and Other Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
We participate as an in- and out-of-network provider with most commercial insurance companies and are in network with Medicaid (and most affiliated MCOs) for our Intensive Outpatient Program and other Outpatient Substance Use Treatment options. Adolescent Services
We are a CSA vendor and accept FAPT funding for adolescent and related services. We do not partner with any insurance providers for this service but do strive to offer reasonable and manageable service rates to ensure treatment is accessible.

Conscious Healing offers affordable private pay rates for mental health treatment options with our clinicians.

As a facility providing mental health and addictions services, Conscious Healing Treatment Center is bound by federal and state confidentiality laws. Among other things, these laws prohibit staff at Conscious Healing from either confirming or denying an individual’s presence at our facility without written consent. A client at Conscious Healing is entitled to complete confidentiality of their presence in treatment, their progress in the program, and any other information pertaining to them individually (such as treatment plans, aftercare and discharge planning, employment information, or medical history). We do not release any information about any of our clients, including their presence at Conscious Healing, without a detailed written consent, completed and signed by the client.
