Victoria Agnellini is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and families across hospital, school, and behavioral health settings. She began her career in social work in 2016 and joined Conscious Healing in 2022 as a therapist before stepping into her current role as Clinical Supervisor. Her experience includes psychiatric risk assessments, substance use assessments, psychiatric and partial hospitalization admissions, community referrals, group facilitation, individual therapy, supervisory support.

Victoria is passionate about working with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, particularly those navigating trauma and recovery. Trauma-certified through the Ferentz Institute, she believes in helping clients recognize their inherent strengths and resilience while developing practical tools to navigate life in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and authentic.

Victoria believes healing and recovery begin with establishing a sense of safety and learning to trust yourself to navigate life’s challenges. She hopes participants at Conscious Healing feel welcomed, supported, and safe enough to explore difficult experiences, build meaningful connections, and recognize their own transformation as they move through the recovery process.

For Victoria, healing at the root means nurturing and caring for the most wounded parts of ourselves so that new growth can take place. Lasting freedom means building a strong foundation and developing the resilience needed to live with purpose, even when challenges arise.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys crocheting, powerlifting, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and spending time with her dog, whom she considers the best girl in the world.

I can also make this warmer and more personal, more clinical/professional, or slightly shorter for a staff webpage while keeping the same core message.
